1. A REGULAR slot is only regular if the slot is occupied as often as possible. I understand that SICKNESS and HOLIDAYS prevent attendance at certain times throughout the year. Please don't take a slot if its likely to interfere with your social activities.

2. If you want to keep a REGULAR slot but can not attend at your normal time during a given week please try to book another Day and Time that same week (before your next lesson is due).

3. If the terms & conditions are not being followed or a slot is not being attended regularly then Scott Adams reserves the right to offer the slot to another student.

4. If you wish to keep a regular slot open for longer than 2 weeks then the slot will need to be paid for in advance. I will be taking Regular Christmas & Summer holidays.

5. If you cancel a lesson with less than 48hrs notice then the full lesson fee will be due. The lesson fee should be paid no later than the day of the pre-booked lesson. Please either deliver the fee by hand or post a cheque to me.

6. If a student fails to attend a booked lesson and does not get in touch to offer an explanation then the agreement for lessons will end.

7. The Start and Finish time for your lesson is predetermined and can not change. If you are late for a lesson the lesson will need to be paid for in full. Lessons can not run over the finish time.

8. Scott Adams can end an agreement to teach a student at anytime and without reason.

9. Lesson fees are currently.....under 17 years £13.50 for 40 minuets .17 years and above £20 for 60 minuets. (Fixed lesson slots only). The fee is payable directly after each lesson. No credit terms available.
