The course is designed to enable all students who actively practice and study the course to constantly improve.
	Chords
	All Major, Minor and diminished chords in more than one voicing All common chord extensions i.e. Major 7, Minor 9. Chord scale theory (how to construct your own chord progressions) How to write using Diatonic chords, Modulation and Chord substitution How to spell chords (Chord formulas)
	Technical Development
	Technical ability will be improved through playing exercises and metronome use.
	Scales.
	All common scales in all 12 keys used in contemporary music including Minor pentatonic, blues scales and modes
	Rhythm
	You will learn all aspects of timing and rhythm
	Ear Training
